Shipping Process
We may take 1-3 business days to process your order; all depends on high volume and availability of the pieces. Most of the time, our time frame is one day meaning your order will be ready to ship the next business day available as soon as the order is placed.
Please note: you may not be able to track your package(s) right away. It can take 24-48 hours for the carrier to update their records with your shipping information.
Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. Please read all shop conditions.
Shop Policies:
+Cancelations: please reach to us within 24 hours once you placed an order.
Once we have processed your order, just proceed to make a return.
+Returns: Taken within 21 days of item purchased. Buyers are responsible for shipping expenses to send back/return unwanted merchandise. Customizable pieces are NON REFUNDABLE.
+Exchanges: Only with same item or related item, broken pieces are available for replacement .
+Damage: If a piece arrives damaged, we will issue a replacement upon availability but new shipping expenses will be covered by the buyer.
How do I know if my order has already shipped
Once we have processed and print out the correspondent labels on your order, you will received a automated email notification directly from the Etsy website stating your routing or tracking number.

Also you can track your order under the Etsy app or website, just sign in into your account, go to tab named "YOU" then follow click the tab named >Purchases and Reviews> once there you are able to see all your orders placed and categorized by shop/image of the item purchased and below the image the is a "Track Package" button.

We encourage our team and customers to take care of our planet, please try to reuse and recycle most of the shipping material.
We source most of our cardboard boxes from environmental friendly suppliers, as well as we recycle most of our shipping supplies; always assuring merchandise safety.
We mostly use Bubble Wrap Sheets, Styrofoam plaques, and Kraft Paper Tissue depending on the item fragility.
